1. Data we process

We process data provided in shop and contact forms, including name, company name, delivery or registered address, VAT number, phone, email, vehicle details, VIN, message content and information required to handle payment, delivery, invoicing and after-sales service.

2. Purposes

Data is processed to answer inquiries, prepare offers, conclude and perform contracts, fulfill orders, organize delivery and old gearbox collection, handle payments, issue invoices, process warranty or complaint cases, pursue or defend claims, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

3. Recipients

Data may be shared with courier and freight companies, payment operators including Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. or other Stripe group entities, IT and hosting providers, accounting providers, legal advisors and public authorities where required by law.

4. Electronic payments

If you choose electronic payment, you may be redirected to a secure payment page operated by the payment provider. The store does not store full card details.
