1. Seller and orders

Orders may be placed through the website, by phone, email, WhatsApp, in person or via selected marketplaces. Orders are handled Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00. The seller confirms compatibility, availability, price, delivery cost and old gearbox collection terms before dispatch.

2. Exchange System (Old Gearbox Return)

Remanufactured gearboxes are sold either in exchange for the old gearbox or, where a deposit is assigned to the product, without an immediate return after paying that refundable deposit. The most convenient option is to have your old gearbox uninstalled and ready for collection when our courier delivers the new one. This avoids additional return shipping costs and deposit fees.

All gearboxes are shipped "dry" (without oil). Your returned gearbox must also be fully drained of oil before courier collection.

The customer has 30 days after receiving the order to return the old gearbox. It may be damaged, but it must be complete, assembled and match the agreed model. A paid deposit is refunded after receipt and confirmation that the returned gearbox is complete.

3. Payment and invoices

Payment may be made by bank transfer (PLN account: 41 1500 1517 1215 1006 7720 0000), cash on in-person collection, cash on delivery where agreed, or electronic payment through a payment operator. Stripe Checkout may support card, BLIK and Przelewy24 payments. A VAT invoice is issued for each transaction.

4. Delivery

We ship gearboxes across Europe via courier, freight partners or individually agreed transport. Shipping prices and expected delivery times depend on the selected method:

• Half-pallet courier delivery in Poland: 249 PLN
• Delivery plus seller-arranged old gearbox collection in Poland: 499 PLN total
• In-person collection at our headquarters in Tworzanki 2, 64-130 Tworzanki, Poland

5. Warranty, returns and complaints

Remanufactured gearboxes come with a 12-month warranty. For the warranty to remain valid, the gearbox must be installed by a professional, certified automotive workshop. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, lack of proper gear oil, or misuse.
